The content published here is provided for general information about our products and services, on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We take care to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or continuously available, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Descriptions of AI Defender's signals, detections, scoring and enforcement explain how the system is designed to work. They are not a performance warranty. No fraud-detection technology can identify every form of invalid traffic, and results depend on traffic volume, data quality, integration depth, configuration and the behaviour of third-party data sources. Any specific service levels or accuracy commitments must be agreed in writing.
Prices shown on this site are indicative, exclusive of taxes and duties, and subject to change. They do not constitute an offer. A licence, subscription or source-code transfer takes effect only under a signed commercial agreement setting out scope, deliverables, support and payment terms.
AI Defender can integrate with third-party providers such as IP-reputation and enrichment APIs, AI model providers, hosting and infrastructure. Fees, quotas and terms for those services are set by their providers, are billed separately, and are your responsibility unless expressly included in writing in your agreement with us. We are not liable for the availability, accuracy or pricing of third-party services.
The AI Defender software, this website, its text, graphics, design, code and the AdTech Europe name and marks remain the property of AdTech Europe or its licensors. You may view and share the pages of this site for your own business evaluation. Copying, reselling, reverse engineering or creating derivative works from our materials requires our prior written consent. Where a signed agreement grants source-code rights, that agreement prevails for the rights it defines.
Please do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scan for vulnerabilities in, or gain unauthorised access to this site, and do not submit unlawful, misleading or infringing content through the contact form.
To the extent permitted by law, AdTech Europe is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue or lost data arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. The courts of Kavala, Greece have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
