No fraud-detection technology — including AI Defender — can guarantee identification of every form of invalid traffic. Invalid-traffic techniques evolve continuously, and sophisticated actors actively work to resemble legitimate users. AI Defender is designed to reduce exposure to invalid traffic through layered signal analysis, risk scoring and automated protection; it is not a warranty that all fraudulent or invalid activity will be detected, scored or blocked.

Results vary between platforms and over time. Accuracy is materially affected by:

• Traffic volume — statistical patterns become clearer with larger, more consistent request volumes.
• Data quality — completeness and correctness of bid requests, identifiers, user agents, device and geo fields.
• Integration depth — which events, endpoints and post-bid signals are made available to the system.
• Configuration — thresholds, risk levels, escalation rules and blocking policies set by your administrators.
• Third-party data sources — availability, freshness and accuracy of external reputation and enrichment providers.

Risk scores, classifications, investigation summaries and recommendations produced by AI Defender — including output generated by AI models — are decision-support information. They may contain errors, false positives or false negatives, and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before commercial, contractual or legal action is taken against a partner, publisher, supply source or user. Automated enforcement operates according to the policies you configure and remains your responsibility.

Nothing produced by AI Defender or published on this website constitutes financial, legal, accounting or compliance advice, nor an assertion of fraud or wrongdoing by any identified party. Reports and dashboards describe observed traffic characteristics and modelled risk, not legal findings.

AI Defender can integrate with third-party providers such as IP-reputation and enrichment APIs, AI model providers, hosting and infrastructure. Fees, quotas and terms for those services are set by their providers, are billed separately, and are your responsibility unless expressly included in writing in your agreement with AdTech Europe.
