Privacy Policy

This website presents AdTech Europe AI Defender, a fraud-detection and traffic-quality product built by AdTech Europe, Aristotelous 6, Kavala 65302, Greece (European Union). For any question about this policy or your personal data, write to contact@adtech.eu.

This is a marketing site. We only collect the information you choose to submit through the contact form:

• Your name
• Your company name
• Your business email address
• The pricing option you selected in the form
• The message you write to us

We do not ask for special-category data, and we ask you not to include confidential or sensitive personal information in the free-text message field.

We use your submission solely to respond to your enquiry, to prepare the information or commercial proposal you asked for, and to keep a record of the correspondence. Our legal basis under the GDPR is our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries addressed to us, and — where a commercial discussion follows — the steps necessary prior to entering a contract. We do not use contact-form data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Each submission is stored in our access-controlled database and delivered by email to the AdTech Europe team so that a person can reply to you. You also receive a confirmation email acknowledging the submission. Access to stored submissions is limited to staff who need it to handle the enquiry.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use contact-form data for advertising targeting or share it with advertising networks.

We use a small number of service providers who process data strictly on our instructions and under a data-processing agreement:

• Website hosting and application platform, to serve this site and run the form.
• Database and backend infrastructure, to store submissions securely.
• Transactional email delivery, to send us your enquiry and send your confirmation.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards — normally up to 24 months from the last exchange — and longer only where a commercial relationship or a legal obligation requires it. After that the record is deleted.

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or receive it in a portable format. Send your request to contact@adtech.eu and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or to the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

This site works without advertising or tracking cookies. Any strictly necessary storage is used only to deliver the pages and keep the form working. If we later introduce analytics or optional cookies, we will update this policy and request consent where the law requires it.

We may update this policy as the product and our processors evolve. The date below always reflects the current version.
